Shipping Policy
Jess My Life Boutique ships worldwide! All orders are processed within 1-5 days. Standard shipping orders take 3-5 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Express shipping orders take 1-3 business days from shipment date to be delivered.
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. Please see the Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
Shipping Rates
Jess My Life Boutique is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all orders $75+ (US only). Orders under $75 will include a $4 flat rate for standard shipping. You can upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional cost. For International shipping there are 2 standard options automatically added to your order depending on the total value. Domestic:
Standard (order value up to $74.99) = $4
Standard (order value $75+) = FREE!
Expedited = $20
International:
Standard (order value up to $79.99) = $20
Standard (order value $80+) = $30
Lost or Stolen Packages
When you place an order with us, please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered, but once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
