PLEASE NOTE: We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.



Our holiday return policy will begin November 20, 2020. If you purchase an item during the holiday return time period, you may return the item all the way up to January 9, 2021. After January 9, 2021, our original return policy will become effective again.

This policy is to ensure that items received as gifts during the holiday season can be returned if they do not fit. All of the same return rules apply: Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Excluded returns are: JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, SALE ITEMS, MYSTERY BUNDLES & ANYTHING ELSE THAT SEASONAL. If you are not sure if you item is/will be final sale, please send us an email:



  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital shop Gift Card
  • We must receive your return within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. International orders are allowed 30 calendar days.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please include a copy of your package slip with the return. 
  • Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase) at our return address. International orders have 30 days from receiving your order to return merchandise. For returned items past the 14 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 14 days start from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  • The customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Any original shipping charges are not refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

  • All shoes
  • All intimates 
  • All sale items
  • All mystery bundles


If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. 

COVID Safety Disclaimer

Any exchanges that are made are handled with upmost precaution. Due to the nature of COVID, any item received from an exchange will go through a quarantine process before being restocked for purchase. If you have any questions/concerns about our safety measures please contact us.

Do we offer prepaid return labels?
We do not offer prepaid return labels, but hope to as we grow in the future!
Can I make a return past the 14 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 14 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a shipping charge to have the items sent back.

All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered, but once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail carrier dropped off your package
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
