RETURN & REFUND POLICY UPDATE (as of 12/01/2022):
We are NOT currently accepting any returns or exchanges. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ONLY.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Any damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to us VIA EMAIL within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise that has been washed, worn, or clearly used will not be accepted.
- If applicable, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for you to return your merchandise to us. We will process your replacement or store credit once we receive your return package. If no return is needed, we will process your replacement or store credit immediately.
- If we have additional inventory in the exact size, color, & style as your merchandise, you will receive a replacement of your merchandise, FREE of charge.
- If we no longer have replacement inventory, you will receive a store credit for the exact amount you paid for your merchandise.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When you place an order with us please note that the shipping liability is between you and shipping carrier. We most often use USPS & UPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered, but once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Visit your local USPS/UPS office with tracking handy to see where the delivery person dropped off your package.
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
